Medication Dispensing
Workers' Compensation & Personal Injury Physicians Rx ▫ Point-of-Care Physician Dispensing
It’s easy to integrate a physician dispensing program into your practice. Simply follow the steps below to enjoy greater benefits for your practice and patients.
A. Complete and submit our Physician Application for dispensing medications.
B. Schedule an appointment with an Rx Development Senior Account Representative.
C. Once both parties agree to move forward, the following documentation will be required:
- Signed Management Agreement
- Copies of the physician ME and DEA licenses
- Copy of the Dispensing Qualification, if required
- Copy of the Dispensing Registration form, if needed
- Copy of the physician’s NPI numbers
- Copy of the practice NPI number
- Signed W-9 form
- Initial formulary/Order
D. After Rx Development receives the required forms, an on-site installation and short training
session is scheduled at your convenience. Physicians can begin in-office medication
dispensing the same day.
